Coronavirus is affecting everyone around the world as well as affecting the day to day running of businesses. With the new UK Government restrictions on movement, a few of our customers are asking is we are still open and trading.   

Yes! We are still open and shipping. We will continue to do our best during the Coronavirus Lockdown to provide services on time.

Following government advice, many Quick-teck staff are working remotely from today. Luckily, we are already well set up for some remote working. We frequently teamwork across locations including office, dispatch and workshops and international factories.

Our factory is working as normal. The production lines are working 24 hours per day, so please don’t expect any delay on your job. The production lines will continue to work around the clock until the Chinese New Year holiday(from 8^th Feb 2021).

DHL, TNT and UPS have informed us that the international cargo flight are running as normal. We will keep watching this and update the news if any change.  

Despatch continue to ship orders in our Royston office. We also have alternative shipping options in place, in case our current couriers(DHL, TNT and Royal Mail) are unable to handle our demand.
