Our factory will be closed from 28^th Jan to 6^th Feb 2014 due to Chinese New Year Festival. However our UK office will continue to run everyday, so feel free to contact us for any enquires. 

--- Online Order/Quote form will be working, but please don't count these days as the working days: 29^th Jan to 6^th Feb 2014.

--- Orders placed before 10:30am 23^th Jan 2014 (except Laid-back orders) will be shipped to the UK office before the closure of the factory. So these will not be affected by Chinese New Year Holidays.

--- All orders placed between 24^th Jan to 5^th Feb 2014 will only have 11 working days lead time option. No quicker options are available during this time. These orders will be made with high priority after the re-open of the factory, so please don’t be surprised if you get your parcel ahead of the calculated date. Last year, the average lead time of the orders placed between closure of the factory is 8.85 working days.
