Our factory will be closed from 23^rd January to 3^rd February 2017 due to the Chinese New Year Festival. However our UK office will continue to run every day (Monday-Friday), so feel free to contact us with any enquiries or email us on info@quick-teck.co.uk.

--- Online Order/Quote form will be working, and on-line orders can still be placed, but please don't count these days as the working days: 23^rd Jan to 3^rd Feb 2017.

--- Orders placed before 10:30am 16^th Jan 2017 will be sent to the UK office before the closure of the factory. So these will not be affected by the Chinese New Year Holidays.

--- Orders placed between 10:30am 16^th to 10:30am 18^th Jan 2017 will have all the lead time options available, but only orders of 5 or 6 working days will be sent to the UK office before the closure of the factory; any orders of 7+ working days will be dispatched after the factory re-opens.

--- All orders placed between 18^th Jan to 3^rd Feb 2017 will only have 9 working days lead time option. No quicker options are available during this time.

--- Orders placed after 10:30am 18^th Jan 2017 will be made with high priority after the factory re-opens, so please don’t be surprised if you get your parcel ahead of the calculated date. Last year, the average lead time of the orders placed during the closure of the factory was 7.3 working days.
